The staff was very helpful with how to get around and seeing to our needs. The wi-fi in our room was spotty till I mentioned this to the front desk. The technician came to the room within minutes, and the solution was to leave the router hanging out of the electric panel and the closet door open. ...

Grand Hyatt Incheon
Airport Shuttle was 5/5. Great service. Check-in was pleasant, smooth and fast. KIng Room was huge and very pleasant. Quiet room which was nice. Hotel seems quiet overall. Bathroom was huge and well operated. Some worn spots due to age. Restaurant 8 was quick, excellent for the Breakfast.
