"My husband stays at the AC Hotel for business but he was interested in the Perry for our family vacation because it was new. The customer service was great. They accommodated us with early check in and late check out. They provided great room service and kept our rooms clean everyday. We had a comfortable stay. The location isn't exactly prime (in our opinion) but it was convenient to where we wanted to go. We didn't get to use the water taxi (depending on tide and it goes to a different beach) so we took the bus shuttle and it took us to Vanderbilt Beach, which was the nicest one we went to. (One day we visited the beach near 5th St and another we visited the Sanibel; both had too many shells in my opinion.) "

"Overall, the rooms, cleanliness, and food experiences were good and worthwhile. I would have been happier if they had placed an in-person assistant at the check-in desk, because the staff member offered me an already reserved room and didn't seem to care about the guest while working. The guy was speaking with someone else, while working with me was more confused and looked a bit disrespected."
