"The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury. Not all the staff speak English, but so far, I did manage to communicate with the night shift attendant, at the day shift attendant was easy, he was fluid in English. "1. Bathroom is horrible experience. Shower tray leaked badly causing water leaked out like flooding. We nearly slipped and felt. When requesting for changing room, was told all rooms are similar.😒 2.providing the quilt without quilt cover. Seen obviously the yellow marks on quilt. 3. Heating wasn’t working. Whole night throughout freezing. 4.Whole family are aren’t happy for this trip "
