So disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our room, which frankly should not be sold as such. The swimming pool closed at 1750 instead of the advertised 2000 hours so we could even have a swim. There were no cleaning materials for the kitchen and the cutlery was filthy. Enough morning / just awful.

Hattusa Termal tesislerinde internet üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat kendi sistemlerinde görülmeyince bana gelen e-postayı gösteremeseydim ciddi sıkıntı olacaktı. İlk gün maalesef termal ve normal suyun akmadığını gördüm fakat ilgili ve güler yüzlü görevliler kısa sürede sorunu çözdüler. Havuzlar temizdi. Yemekleri iyiydi. Dağı ve denizi gören manzarası, temiz havası ve sakin ortamı ile tatil için tercih edilebilir. Teşekkürler

Reservation confirmed by Expedia, and document confirmation provided, but Hotel had no record of my reservation. Spent over an hour with staff that were reluctant to help at first.
