"We stayed in the hotel for a long bank holiday weekend. I thought the price was excellent for the level of comfort and luxury that you receive. I booked a room with two double beds for myself and my parents. The room was spacious and generally clean, but could do with more frequent room servicing. The rooms are serviced every three days which was the entire duration of my stay. Perhaps every second day might be better just to get some fresh towels, cups and a little bit of a clean. But otherwise the property is in good condition. You pay about £12 per person per day for breakfast which is fair, the breakfast buffet is decent. For vegetarians, vegetarian sausages are available but this is not mentioned, we only knew because we asked. It might be worth mentioning somewhere in the restaurant so that vegetarians are aware. Porridge is also available but must be ordered separately, it is not in the buffet. The leisure and gym facilities are excellent and are included in your price. There is plenty of parking. But an EV charger would be a bonus for those travelling from afar. The area is quiet and green. There is a golf course, which we didn’t use, but offers nice walks as well for those who don’t golf. Finally, the spa treatments are offered separately but are extremely fairly priced, and the stuff they are super friendly and nice. The quality of the treatments are excellent and I would recommend anyone staying in the hotel to get at least one. Overall would recommend. "

"The hotel was easy to find and quite central for Keighley and venturing further afield. The car park is tucked behind the back, not so great. Although the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast which was really cooked nice and tasted great, I found the lack of a reception quite unusual. Our room was comfy and clean but the shower was quite poor, an over bath one which was not very powerful. It says it is quirky, very true but also quite dated."

"On arriving, the systems were down and was a bit chaotic due to being taken over 2 days prior. We said we would go for a walk and check in properly when we got back. This went a little smoother but staff still didnt know 2hat they were doing. For the price you would expect a clean bathroom. However on closer inspection in the morning, it was really dirty. Unfortunatley we went down for breakfast and the poor member of staff was on her own, taking breakfast orders, cookingand keeping the drinks area topped up. All 7 rooms where full and it was unfair that she was on her own. No time to talk to you and therefore no time.to.discuss what was found. "

"A perfectly small cottage finished to a very high standard. Top notch fittings through, beds, pillows etc all of a very high standard. A perfect base to explore that area although keighley itself is not that nice. Secure parking an added bonus. Just be aware that there is a VERY busy bus garage just meters away so you will need to sleep with your windows closed! The first night we were awoke at 5.30 with the buses all leaving! The double glazing is excellent so with the windows shut no noise could be heard on the rest of the stay. Would stay again if we were in the area. "
