"Must admit this fantastic hotel is always on our must visit list - this time we went to Noelie the adjoining restaurant and the food was all first rate. Tanu the somellier recommended a stunning Dao when we asked for a white wine recommendation - it was excellent and we even had a fluffy almond desert upon the staff recommendation - suffice to say it comes highly recommended."
