"The location was good. The listing says " family friendly, a frig and microwave in every room." Not the case at all. The front desk staff were rude. We asked if the maid comes daily, and they said "yes." After 3 days with no maid, they said that you need to put the sign on the door even though we had asked for clean towels and a room clean the day before. When we asked for clean towel, we were told that we could rent a towel."

"Carolina is the ideal host. From the initial booking until after we left, she was always friendly, courteous, informative, and nothing was too much trouble. Instructions before arrival were very thorough, which was good as we were checking in after office hours. Absolutely perfect location for exploring Faro and the surrounding area. Everything was within walking distance. The room we booked was simple but clean. The building itself secure. Located in a quiet area and no issues with sound from outside, despite having two patio doors on to balconies. There is a communal kitchen and larger balcony with tables and chairs. The kitchen had various teas and a coffee machine, plus various food and cold drinks items available via an honesty box. I would definitely recommend this property if you are wanting to stay in a really central location in Faro. Thank you Carolina."

"This hotel was an okay spot but the room quality was not as pictured for our room. The bed sheets had some hair that was not ours and the bathroom shower seemed to have some mold in the tiles. Also the bathroom door did not close properly and the room had a musty odor. The a/c was loud and it was hard to sleep at times. With that the location is good, the staff is helpful, and is okay for a quick night stay but I would not stay here multiple days."
