"Prefect venue to make the most of all the town has to offer. A beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. We were sad to leave. The pool area was lovely to relax by and cool off. Gorgeous breakfasts too."

"A wonderful stay! The hotel responds to guests’ wishes with great sensitivity and dedication – you truly feel welcome and well taken care of. A special highlight is the fantastic breakfast service: breakfast until 1:00 p.m. is simply a dream and makes for a wonderfully relaxed start to the day. Highly recommended!"

"Loved the beachside terrace that opened onto the garden, perfect for a dog-friendly stay. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Pool and spa were very welcome. Dog was allowed in bar and restaurant. Meal from bar was excellent."

"Lovely hotel very close to the beach with wonderful staff, particularly Sylvie who was lovely with our children and very helpful. Having your own parking space is top value in a village which is almost impossible to park in. Pools were perfect temperature and the aircon in the bedrooms was blissful as we stayed during a heat wave."

"Great location with water front view and short walk to the town. Private parking (for a fee).
Very friendly and helpful staff, not least during check in/out.
We had a nice room with terrace. Both the room and bathroom need an update.
The outdoor facilities are very touristic, “plastic” ambience and fake grass.
The decor of the restaurant is OK and the food average.
I am not sure I will call this a 5* property."

"The hotel is brand new and very clean but it's hard to recognize it as a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is quite small, and above all every extra (as parking, breakfast, coffe, bikes ) has to be payed quite expensive.
The very positive note is the service, Stesy and the other reception girls have been exceptional. Extremely kind, helpful and with a great sense of problem solving.
Thank you so much!"

"The hotel is well located and very efficient. They only have limited parking on site, but you can park very close and pay by the day in spaces available to the public. Access to the town area is controlled, but the hotel can give you a code for access. (Quite important! Get the code before arrival) Nice pool on property. Breakfast was very pleasant and worthwhile. The chef will prepare eggs to order as well as other dishes. The rooms are not large, but comfortable and reasonably appointed. Beds are comfortable. We were there in the midst of a heat wave which was unfortunate as the building does not have ac, but they do provide a good fan which is helpful. I do not think the weather was at all standard, so the lack of ac is not a big problem there…but it can be a small comfort issue is extreme weather conditions. I was pleasantly surprised by our comfort level in spite of the ac absence. Staff is very helpful, but not speaking French means there is a mild communication problem. Not significant really, but there can be a few missed connections on logistical matters. It all works out. We had a lovely view from our third floor window. No elevator so be aware. Steps are not a problem. The hotel is quite close to the harbor which makes it very convenient to restaurants and retail. In fact, an excellent restaurant is right around the corner from the property. It is called Le Serghi. Excellent meal. Make a reservation. Sitting outside is great if it isn’t too hot. Inside is fine."
"Nice hotel, breakfast was really good. No actual beach and very remote. Pool was quite crowded especially as no beach. Late check in was annoying and the dogs and children were hot sat around waiting when it was 37 degrees outside. Staff were okay but not as helpful as you’d expect for the price."
"Our second time at the hotel, we had a family room at the back that opens onto the breakfast terrace. Such a great location and even through right in the centre, not far from a car park to be able to check in with bags.
The breakfast was great - home made yoghurt was lovely and the baguettes/pastries from a local bakery were very good!
The hotel is very well positioned for Saint-Martin, lots going on with some lovely local shops and restaurants all in walking distance.
The hotel has secure storage for bikes which was great as an easy cycle to Le Bois for some beautiful beaches."

"This is a truly unique property with excellent amenities. The pool and AC were essential for the heat. The staff, mostly Adeline, were incredibly accommodating and helpful."
"Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel was clean, food and breakfast was great. Room was also clean and quiet. Parking was good and felt safe for our motorcycles, but no covered parking. All in all, an enjoyable stay."
