"They offer secure, underground parking, which was fantastic for our motorbike. And the lift makes it really easy to get your luggage up from the parking.
Check-in was easy.
The room was a good size, and clean.
The only let down was the air conditioning in room 201 didn't seem to work. It was on, at 18°c with the fan on full and the room didn't change temperature. In order to sleep, we had to open the balcony door which worked in bringing the temperature down. The downside to that is that i got...

"Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. However, when we arrived they appeared to have no record of our booking (three rooms) and although we paid for late check out (until 3pm) for one of the rooms, on the day we left, we returned to that room at 12pm and it had been fully cleaned, all our belongings moved around, and the door to the room had been left wide open (with all our...

"It’s a good little hotel with very clean and affordable rooms (at least off season). The older gentleman staffing the desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite central to see the old town though just a tad far to walk from a metro station with luggage on cobblestones or narrow sidewalks. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but it’s an old building so when there is sound outside you hear it. The old stone walls were quaint. The bathroom was nicely renovated, hot...

"Barely 2-star. Everything looked and felt cheap and broken. No shower curtain so the bathroom flooded. Dirty sheet. Wifi only worked at 6am. Front desk staff rarely there. Cleaners stole food from my room. I wouldn't have let them in but there was no 'do not disturb' sign and I never saw anyone at the front desk to tell them not to clean. "

"Reasonable hotel but not good location for getting to the city and poor management. Very difficult to get tea/coffee sachets and milk for the room - delays while someone had to go to the cellar to look for them. Strange arrangements for meals not properly explained at check in. Fire alarm at 2.15 in the morning with nobody to tell us what was happening or when we could go back to the room. Subsequently told that there was only one person on duty dealing with an overheated oven. In the morning raised this with a manager who just said ‘these things happen‘ while not acknowledging hotel staff were at fault by not turning off the oven/barbecue. To be fair, after lengthy discussion, this manager did offer to cancel. the parking charge by way of compensation and this was appreciated. Not a place we would want to stay at again."
"Just a one night stop over with spa access, what a treat. Nice big rooms, nice staff and the spa is an added experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.
My only advice if your male and not used to the French customs you cannot wear swimming shorts with pockets in the pool / spa area. We had to buy some thin Nilon material swimming shorts what they sell onsite, we just went up 2 sizes so they looked like shorts and not skin tight (or you can wear speedos if you want) "
