"秋の紅葉シーズンに利用しました。 リビングルームには薪ストーブ、床暖が完備され、各部屋も床暖があったので暖かく過ごせました。キッチンも広く、作りながら、食べながら、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 ただ一点。 森の中なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、カメムシ大量発生で、ブーンと天井を飛び回り下に落ちてきて虫嫌いな方にはオススメできません。こんなにも虫がいるなら事前に教えていただけたら…とも思いました。 ただ総合的にみても、カメムシがいてワイワイ出来たので楽しかったです。 素敵なステイでした。ありがとうございます！"

"The property location is ideal for ski in/out at Happo One. Unfortunately, the only grocery store is a 20$ taxi drive (one way). Communication was extremely hard prior to check in. We called the # from expedia’s confirmation email and it was an australian number that was out of service. We emailed 3 different contacts only to be answered 2 days later saying that they could not help us as they were in australia. "チェックインの受付でかなり待たされた。また、部屋にいって冷蔵庫にモノを入れようとしたらそもそも冷蔵庫の電源が入っていなく冷たくなるのも5時間以上かかった。部屋にあるDVDプレイヤーは壊れてて使えなく備え付けしてあるスマートフォンもフロントに繋がらず結局フロントにまで行ってスタッフに話して、DVDプレイヤーを交換してもらった。また、部屋は綺麗だが水道の下につけまつげが落ちていた。チェックイン前に部屋の確認をして欲しかった。"
