"Overall, great place to stay but horrible communication regarding check in and check out. First of all, we loved our stay at this condominium. It was the perfect place away from the crowded areas of Okinawa. Quick drive to beautiful beaches, and the aquarium. The lodging itself was simple but clean, and perfect for people who plan to spend most of their days out and about. You can even walk right past the backyard out to a beautiful beach. "2泊3日のプチトリップ。施設は綺麗にメンテナンスされており、周辺環境は沖縄独特の雰囲気も味わえる良い場所でした。周辺を散策・ダイビング・ローカルビーチでゆっくり過ごせました。 A small trip of 3 days and 2 nights. The facility was well maintained, and the surrounding environment was a good place to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Okinawa. I was able to spend a leisurely time walking around, diving, and at the local beach."

Hotel Nikko Alivila

"The beach is incredible, but the location is not convenient for out of hotel restaurants or shopping unless you rent a car. The hotel is a good hour from the airport by taxi and the last airport shuttle leaves at 5:40 pm. The hotel is very dated and could use an upgrade but the rooms are huge and have a great balcony. The restaurants are somewhat overpriced for evening meals but the breakfast add on is highly recommended. Overall, if you want the best beach then this is a good choice."

"Nice location, amazing beach and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were caught in a typhoon but the hotel had amenities to try to keep us entertained. It would have been nice for them to so grant access to the lounge for other level members during the typhoon. Also the breakfast was adequate but not to the standard I was expecting."

"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."

"Nice, clean and comfortable hotel with nice pool and water slides. Quick access to the sea. We found that pool area has not enough lilos for the amount of guests. also a bit disappointed that at the beach even as a hotel guest you do have to pay for lilo and umbrella. But otherwise loved our stay, staff is very helpful and friendly."

"Amazing harbor views from the room, impressive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a panoramic sunset view from the 13th-floor bar featuring delicious Caprese salad, sandwich, Okinawan sausage, and a good drinks selection including local Awamori. Even the tantamen (spicy noodles) from the Chinese restaurant (13th floor) was flavorful. The breakfast (Paseo Garden) and lunch (Annon) buffets were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is next to a stadium and Ginowan Seaside Park for safe, well-lit evening walks. The room could use a bit of updating but didn’t detract from the great experience. Highly recommended!"
