An exceptionally clean and modern hotel offering easy access to American Village and Route 58. Communication with the property was excellent! Easy automated self check-in and painless self check-out! Free parking on-site is a huge amenity! We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Upi and highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Okinawa!

The property was a little dated and looked run down but the apartment is clean and spacious. It has a well equipped kitchen although we did not make use of it at all. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we had a good night sleep on it. :)

Perfect location

The location was perfect. We did not have a car. Being able to walk to the mall, stores and restaurants was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable. There were lots of toiletries left for us in the bathroom. We had a sink, stovetop, toaster oven, coffee maker and rice cooker to use, plus a full size fridge. There was a washer and dryer out on our balcony, which was so convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that our condo was on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator. It was a little rough with all of our luggage. But, otherwise, we loved our stay and our host was very attentive.

Great location near American Village. Consider getting some larger paper plates once you get settled in. The room was clean and modern and the a/c worked without any issues. The in-suite laundry was a definite plus and the instruction binder in English explained everything that we needed.

Highly recommended

It is a Japanese style apartment which very close to aeon mall ( 3 minutes walk). Even though we stayed at the third floor which have no elevator. The staff is very thoughtful and carry the luggage for us. The bed are comfortable and the flat is very clean and equipped with cooking gears and seasoning. Highly recommended!

無人のタブレットでチェックインの方法は事前にお知らせなどもあったので、できると思って行きましたが、チェックインの際肝心のタブレットが電源が落ちていたのか一切作動せず結構困りました。 電源ボタンを探して立ち上げて、という作業を挟むならその旨もどこかに記載しておくと親切かと思います。 盲点でしたがエレベーターないのは堪えますね。 キッチン付きなので料理しようと思ってましたがまな板が無いことにも驚きました。包丁あるならまな板必要では？ せめてまな板シートがあれば…。 食器と鍋やお玉はありましたが。どこまでの料理を想定してたのでしょうかね。 お部屋自体は綺麗でしたし、快適でした。 あとはとにかく立地がよいです。 A&Wもブルーシールもアメリカンビレッジもイオンも近い。 イオンでお買い物して部屋飲みも出来て、楽しかったです。

무인시스템이라 체크인하는데 번거로움이 있었다. 하지만 아메리칸 빌리지 도보 거리고 근처 편의점등 식당도 가까워 위치가 좋았다. 시설도 깨끗하고 세탁기 건조기가 있어 여름여행에 도움이 되었다. 다만 오키나와 날씨에는 여름에는 수영장이 있는 숙소를 추천한다

體驗到日本公寓民宅的樂趣，意外發現有好多適合烹飪的工具，且附近有AEON、超市購物十分方便，還會想回來住 唯一美中不足的是沒有電梯，不適合攜帶大件行李。如果有自駕，可以帶過夜必需品上去就好，大件行李放車廂

房間很大，而且備有家用品及電器，很適合任何人數的旅客住宿。房間乾淨，但對我而言床褥有點軟。可步行到美國邨及超級市場，附近亦有二十四小時食店及便利店。可以免費泊車很好。總體而言，性價比十分高。

観光というよりは、パドルスポーツのトレーニング合宿のような形で利用させていただきましたが、洗濯機、乾燥機、キッチンが装備され、快適な旅になりました。もちろん、観光の方にもオススメです。　洗剤が入っているケースが見つけ難かったので、部屋の中に部屋の説明書があったら、更に快適なるかと思います。次回、また、利用させていただきたいです。
