"I had an absolutely terrible time staying here. 1. We were unable to get into the room until 3:30 despite being advertised online as “latest 2:00” 2. There was zero communication as to why the check in was delayed 3. The window in the room was part of a public balcony linked to the lobby, letting people look in unless you have the curtains shut at all times 4. Couldn’t open the window unless you wanted peoples second hand smoke coming into your room 5. Tried to change rooms and was told that it would cost an extra 40chf despite the same room being advertised cheaper than the one that we had booked 6. The shower was broken, it would only spray at the wall It’s a shame as the hotel is in an amazing location but the staff and facilities are shockingly bad 100% not worth the money being charged."

"This hotel had everything we needed and more. It was very clean with all modern amenities, the complementary breakfast was delicious and service was great, the front desk was very polite and responsive, and the location is very convenient being just a couple minutes walk from the train station. They even provided complementary fruit, coffee, water, candy, and personal card in our room as a welcome."

"An amazing experience from start to end. Felix welcomed us warmly and made sure we had all of the information we needed for a honorable family holiday. We were three generations who all had many fun options across three nights in the spring/summer. We would happily return."

"The place is well kept and really confortable. I could have a great rest. Very clean. But this place is ideal if you have your own vehicle For solo travellers relying on public transportation is not convenient. I couldn't find taxi services nearby. The kitchen was closed all the time. They rely on a community room with limited options. Although coffee machine was great. I truly recommend this option for someone who wants to disconnect, close to mountain nature sipping a cup of coffee."
