"While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property."

"Beautiful country house hotel. Room was furnished to a high standard and felt luxurious. The vast grounds the hotel were beautifully kept and the whole experience was a definite 'WOW'! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We did not use the spa as we were only staying briefly, but we did see it and it was very inviting. We would definitely stay here again - but for longer next time!"
