"Location was good, close to the airport but even though we could see the planes just above us the noise wasn’t a problem. Room was clean, bed was comfy and we slept well. The shower was hard to use getting very hot at times and VERY slippery. Parking was close to the hotel and seemed safe. The reception doesn’t open until 3 and until that time the hotel door is locked so you can’t wait anywhere until checkin. We arrived after a 27 hour flight and even though we knew we couldn’t check into our room until 3 we thought we’d wait in the foyer but instead needed to wait in the car. "

"Very good for us as we were attending a convention nearby. Happy to give a 4/5, would have been perfect if the bathroom railing wasn't broken off already, and the TV had almost no options for us, as we would need access to a Netflix or whatever account you need for it. Live TV was non existent, believe me, we tried! There were a couple of free channels to watch, but mostly true crime stuff or judge Judy, or the cheesy older films. We found a few options thankfully, but it wasn't the end of the world. :) Had a bit of everything else other than that, fridge, microwave, utensils, etc so you can cook, and storage under the beds for luggage was a plus. Staff were helpful with my queries over the phone as well. Definitely will try this place again if we're in the area. Thanks again for all your help!"
