"This was our second stay at Yoisama and of course, it was excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly as always. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The beach is a quick walk down a beautiful path (the whole area is surrounded by nature). The outdoor bbq was definitely a plus! Nearby, you can enjoy one of the best view points of the island at a light house called “Tamatorizaki”. It’s a must see view! We hope to enjoy our stay here next time. Thank you Yoisama staff!"

"I ha e been staying at Blue Ocean for nearly 9 months while in Ishigaki for businesss. Blue Ocean is the perfect apartment-like stay with kitchen facility, plenty of space and a greay view of the ocean. The people working there are fantastic and willing to help me with anything I need, even though my Japanese is quite limited. I highly recommen Blue Ocean for a stay in Ishigaki!!! "

"I was surprised how new the building was. The room was nicely set up. Location is very convenient in town with all groceries and eateries. Very comfortable stay. The only minor request would be if the hot water is hot but not boiling hot and you cannot adjust it. Great value for money. I will stay there again for my next visit."

"Très bel hôtel neuf. Les appartements sont grands et très bien équipés. Difficultés à communiquer en anglais avec le staff. Pas très flexible sur un late check out alors que l’hôtel etait loin d’être plein et que notre avion n’était que le soir. Ils auraient pu nous laisser la chambre jusqu’au moins fin d’après midi car il pleuvait des cordes dehors…. La piscine est un peu petite si l’hotel est plein je pense. Par contre peut louer des vélos 2h gratuitement et c’est très pratique. "

"The property itself is very nice with a lot of amenities, including a washing machine in the room and a communal dryer guests could use. The staff working there was kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the property is very near another hotel, which a city bus stops at regularly, so it was very convenient to catch the bus from the nearby location. "また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。 予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。 最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"

"家族旅行で利用させて頂きました。写真よりも広々としており、洋風な内装で非現実的な時間を過ごせ家族全員感動しておりました。2泊3日でしたが、タオルも人数×日数分あり、お薬等も完備されており大変快適でした。所々修繕後？がありました。またカラスが大変多いため敷地内になってある、マンゴーやバナナを狙って朝から鳴き声が気になるところが残念でした、、また近くにはスーパーやコンビニ(車で10分)がない為、事前に買い溜めしている方が良いです。総合的には大変満足しており、機会があれば利用したいです！ありがとうございました！"
