"You need to dig to find out what and where you are getting and going to. In a strip mall in queens borough area. Clean remodeled nicely old motel. Had air and nicely decorated. Staff were very nice and tried to help. There website needs to be very clear you cannot get a basic room if you have a dog. You must upgrade and pay for a room with a king size bed or to a suite. Not happy this happened to us at last minute"
