Very close to the happening & culinary spots such as Bundaran HI, Grand Hyatt, Plaza Indonesia as well as the newly BNI City/Sudirman Baru/Dukuh Atas MRT Stations making it easy & seamless to/from the Cengkareng International Airport. "Outstanding customer service. From the moment you arrive you experience VIP levels of service (even if you’re not!) The number of staff members who called me by name was impressive! Upgraded room was very appreciated. Neha one of the concierges was super helpful and was more than helpful and accommodating. My brother and I especially appreciated the farewell card she left for us. We will surely stay at the Mandarin again the next time we are in Jakarta."
