"Absolutely horrendous service. We booked a room for 4 nights for 3 guests. The hotel boasts to be a 5 star hotel but the service is worse than a 1 star hotel. The property is at a very good location and has excellent views of Osaka but the staff is most unhelpful and the service is terrible. For the rates they charge, they should be more efficient. The reception staff doesn't even smile when you check in and check out. They refused to help with the bags and we had to carry the bags down ourselves. They didnt make the third bed and wanted us to make the third bed ourselves. They also firstly crib before giving you water and when they do agree to give water after we raised a complaint, the staff asked us to go down to the reception to collect water bottles. They frown when you ask for anything at all. The room had no iron, the locker was smaller than a pigeon hole, no USB or c type charging point, they refused to lend us an adapter despite it being one of the so called amenities which can be rented."
