L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE HOTELS

"We really enjoyed our stay at L7 Lottel hotel. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Cleaning staff cleaned our room daily and were given fresh towels daily. There was an ice machine and water filter on each floor. Breakfast buffet was nice but be sure to purchase ticket before midnight for breakfast next day to receive a discount -I think about 4000 won. Beds are comfy and this hotel was centrally located with a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again."

"The room was ideal for one person, it was clean and they supplied bottled water and fresh towels daily. The breakfast choice was very good with a lot of variety. I was able to leave my luggage whilst I went to explore the city. Everyone was very friendly."

"I would love to share my appreciation for Joy at Shilla Stay Guro. I arrived in Korea very early in the morning after being away for almost 10 years. So much time had passed that I barely remembered my way around, and I honestly didn’t know where to go at that hour. I wasn’t expecting to check in early. I was just hoping the hotel could store my luggage until check-in time. However, I was also feeling really unwell and desperately needed some rest. That’s when Joy at the concierge desk helped me. She kindly explained everything and arranged an early check-in so I could get some rest. What touched me the most was that she noticed I wasn’t feeling well and, without me even asking, thoughtfully assigned me a room on the quieter side of the hotel. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me, especially after such a long journey and being back in Korea for the first time in 10 years. I truly appreciated not only her help but also her genuine thoughtfulness. Joy made my first morning back in Korea much more comfortable than I could have hoped for. Thank you so much, Joy, for your kindness and warm hospitality. I won’t forget it!"

"Overall the stay was good, hotel room was clean and comfy. Location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room temperature can’t be adjusted independently as it’s centrally controlled, some night got quite warm for us that we needed an additional electric fan. Also, some days we got bath towels that had very frayed edges, can tell that they’ve gone through wear & tear."
