"Have a great stay. Very comfortable bed. I stayed in a no windows room but Love the bathtub. Entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky, have to pass thru a small alley beside the mall to get to the lift to get to 6th floor. Does not have clear direction. "

"Room is nice with river view. We enjoyed our stay there. Nice walking trail right across the hotel too. Breakfast this time is not as good as the last time we visited Taiwan. After the big tour group finished their breakfast, very little food left. No more new foods coming out. But it's not even close to the end of breakfast."

"It’s a self check-in hotel that eliminates the front desk staff. Hence, there’s no human touch at all. Though the hotel is pretty new and good but I still prefers the human touch that you can talk to when you needed help or an enquiry and not talking to a machine. The other negative point was to check-in at 1600 hrs which is rather not the norm. "

"I had a 10 hour layover when I arrived at Tag Inn No one at the counter. I picked this place because it said someone 24/7 at counter service. I inputted my name and it said I did not have a reservation ?? Had to drive around find another hotel. Expensive night - I would like a full refund"
