"Clean room and friendly staff."

"Coffee maker didn’t work. TV remote control didn’t work. Staff has been notified but no replacement. Abbony said she would notify higher staff member. That was respond. She was giving gift bag with water to the customer she thought they deserved. She would spend time with some customer, when the other waited in line to ask simple question, more than 40 min. She wasn’t enough educated about amenities in Savana to help us to visit places. Bottles with lotion and conditioner in bathroom were stiff, couldn’t squeeze out. Otherwise the rest of our stay was good. "

"The light and clock kept turning on and off like the cord or something loose the beds weren’t that comfortable and the valet service wasn’t great for being 53 dollars a day. On a brighter note the location and the housekeeping staff were great. Probably won’t stay again because the amount you pay isn’t worth it,"

"DO NOT STAY at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing and honestly the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was in unacceptable condition. I found a dirty sock on the floor upon arrival, the bedsheets were torn, and there was trash underneath the furniture. The shower curtain had gum stuck to it, and the windows were filthy. For a hotel of this level, cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this room clearly had not been properly cleaned or inspected. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this property to anyone."
