"The owner went completely out of his way by finding me a cab, walking me outside to show me where to catch the cab, suggest tourist sights, etc My room was very clean and completely adequate. Loved the location (proximity to the touristy promenade full of shops & restaurants plus Taksim Square was perfect). Very impressed! I would definitely stay there again!"

"Overall a pleasant stay, staff were welcoming & helpful. I enjoyed my massage at the spa & the stay was comfortable. It is a nice hotel the only drawback is sometimes the cleanliness is not up to parr with that of a 5 star hotel. Although room cleaning takes place everyday this usually consists of a change of towels, emptying the bins, making the bed and surface level tidying if that and this differs day to day. You can see where corners have been cut in the bathroom as fixtures are not attached in a proper manner and are often lopsided. Again the lack of thorough cleaning is what lets it down with stuff left from the previous occupants of the room (snacks & used gowns). Otherwise beds are comfortable and house keeping themselves are kind and helpful. Beyond this I recommend the hotel for its excellent location its central to most places with easy access to public transport & taxis alongside plenty of shopping and restaurants at your doorstep."
