Food was great. Shows were good. Reception staff needs to hear customers. Room is so outdated, nothing like the pictures. I feel I was cheated. Pictures should reflect the condition. Wood doors are rotted. Shower is so tiny. It was rip off to pay average of $120 a day for a room with that condition.

Bon sejour en famille. Les toboggans ont plus aux enfants. La nourriture etait bonne et variée à l'exception des desserts où ils peuvent s'améliorer. Gros point négatif sur la propreté de la chambre. La chambre etait sale.

Mooie appartement, erg ruim. Dagelijkse schoonmaak. De zwembaden en het strand zijn schoon en geweldig. Het alli inclusief eten was meer dan genoeg en genoeg variatie We zijn er een week geweest we zouden er nog wel een kunnen blijven. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam

Nice and several opportunities

Very nice all inclusive hotel. They served a lot of different food from several places. Great for families that wants to have a holiday without doing a lot themselves.

L’hôtel Sunny days mirette fait partie d’un complexe hôtelier (3 hôtels en tout). La propreté laisse à désirer de manière générale. La nourriture est juste infecte pour un all inclusive, obligé de manger à l’extérieur… Le service est correct, certaines personnes sont adorables mais d’autres manques de professionnalisme… Je ne regrette pas de ne avoir réserver le palacio qui après visite, pour un 4 étoile ne proprose rien de plus que le Mirette (3 étoiles) si ce n’est le double du prix !

Wc-pöntön kanssa ongelmia alkuun. Putkimies saapui nopeasti korjaamaan asian. Seuraavaksi suihkun kanssa sama juttu. Putkimies löytyi yllättävän joutuisasti. Keittiön varustelu: ei mitään. Muuten siisteys ja palvelu hyvät. Wi-Fin perässä juostava naapurihotelliin.

Все приемлемо. Немного потрепанный, но вполне добротный. Много зелени и лагуна. Персонал очень быстро реагировал на просьбы и вообще был готов придти на помощь. Аниматоры не напрягались) Общее впечатление от отеля хорошее

НЕТ такого отеля Sanny days mirette family resort! ЕСТЬ 1. Sanny days palma de mirette - о нем речь и пойдет ниже 2. Mirette 3.Sanny days palacio. 1. Меня не встретили, хотя отель подтвердил мой трансфер. 2.Мою бронь искали полчаса, несмотря на то, что ID я предоставила. 3.Номера - в одном ВСЯ мебель была сломана, второй не был убран вообще. В третьем всё постельное белье оказалось выпачкано кровью, а унитаз засран, хотя номер числился убраным и чистым. Только когда я в 4 утра стала ОРАТЬ на рецепшене, вызвали какого-то ночного директора, вся администрация скопом искала мне более-менее чистый номер, наконец нашла, но в нем не работал холодильник, а я как диабетик храню в холодильнике инсулин. В 5 утра мне тащили холодильник из соседнего номера! В коридоре я и носильщик УПАЛИ, тк там нет света, всё в потемках. Утром когда я проснулась я собственоручно мыла полки, ящики и тд, так разложить вещи было невозможно такая кругом грязь. Вместо простыни у меня на кровати ДВЕ простынки, тк больших простыней у них нет, мне из 2-х маленьких составили одну, чтобы прикрыть матрас. Про туалет и душ я не говорю, тк это тошнотворно!!! У меня полупансион, так вот такой еды я в Египте не видела нигде и никогда!!! На завтрак даже масла сливочного нет, даже несчастных сосисок, которые есть всегда и везде нет!!! А сокоподобные жидкости мы разливаем в маленькие ПЛАСТИКОВЫК стаканчики, тк стеклянной посуды нет! Достаточно для сведения?

Hadde opprinnelig bestilt et helt annet av denne kjedens hotell, men ble flyttet til dette, da det visstnok var oppussing på gang på Family Resort'n. Der hadde vi bestilt et familierom på 80m2 så å bli avspist med et vanlig dobbeltrom på et helt annet hotell var ikke forventet. Bestilte all inclusive, men ved oppringing til hotellet angående sen ankomst, ble det oppdaget at all inclusive var IKKE et alternativ. Måtte derfor ta flere lange samtaler med hotels.com kundeservice for å få rettet opp i dette. Dersom ikke hotellet vi hadde bestilt var tilgjengelig burde ikke hotels.com la hotellet selge overnattinger her. Maten var en skandale i seg selv, nær iskalde retter og lite variasjon på måltidene, som i tillegg måtte inntas i en spisesal på str med en Ikea butikk, hvorav ca 97% av de spisende var egyptere, med dertil tilhørende støyende inntak av måltider. Animasjons-teamet var særdeles lite motiverende og engasjerende, viste lite eller ingen interesse til å ta kontakt med særlig andre enn de britiske gjestene som hadde vært på hotellet i ukesvis allerede. Aggressive selgere på hotell-området, ble oppsøkt i gjennomsnitt hvert 20. minutt av selgere som ville selge alt fra kamel-ridning til massasje og dykkerturer. Ett høydepunkt på oppholdet, dessert-kokk Mohamed. Fantastisk personlighet, og for noen kaker! :) All over, anbefales hotellet kun for spesielt interesserte.

Leider sehr abgewohnt

Die Bilder sind offensichtlich kurz nach Fertigstellung aufgenommen und nie aktualisiert worden. Zimmer sind abgewohnt, wir sind zweimal umgezogen, da entweder nur heißes Wasser funktionierte oder das Bad zu abgewohnt und schmutzig war. Im Außenbereich sind Abdeckungen über Abwasser oder so was kaputt und gefährliche Stolperfallen für kleine Kinder.
