Perfect Stay for weekend relaxation

Beach was amazing and the animation team very good and helpers The food was excellent with high level of service from restaurant staff The best thing about the hotel is location and greate facilities Special thanks to all team and definitely will back again

Wir hatten im März eine Woche Aufenthalt im Royal Lagoons. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und immer ausreichend, zu jeder Zeit. Der Service war sehr freundlich und wir hatten eine Woche Erholung pur. Schöne Poollandschaft. Zum Entspannen würden wir jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Es wird aber auch Animation und Weiteres geboten, dieses Angebot haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber groß und schön angelegt. Flughafen, Hurghada Stadt und Einkaufszentrum sind gut und günstig mit dem Taxi zu erreichen.

Good hotel

It is good hotel, the staff are very good and professional, I opposite some problems and Mr. Alaa market manager solved soon. The food is limited and no varieties, also, the drinks are limited.

Хороший отель с огромной территорией, красивые бассейны, песчаный пляж до которого 3 мин на автобусе отеля (бесплатно). Приветливый персонал, всегда готовый выполнить все наши просьбы! Питание отличное, все очень вкусно и разнообразно, есть выбор даже для самых разборчивых в питании людей! Создаётся впечатление что повара работают круглосуточно! Балуют чудесными десертами и всегда есть разнообразие фруктов! В номерах уютно, хорошая мебель, новые матрацы на кроватях! При заезде в отель у нас были небольшие нарекания по поводу чистоты в номере, но думаю это недоразумение возникло исключительно из за постоянной заселенности отеля, просто неуспели немного убраться, т к мы приехали в 2 часа ночи персонал старался как можно скорее заселить нас. Все вопросы относительно номера в течении 12 часов, т е как только мы выспались и ушли из номера полностью устранили и даже шторы сменили на свежие! Очень приятна такая отзывчивость людей! Все ребята в отеле общительны и очень приветливы, говорят что очень скучают по туристам из России! К слову мы с мамой прилетели с пересадкой через Стамбул, нас встретили в аэропорту предоставив трансфер до отеля, все было быстро и безопасно! В самом городе все спокойно и солнечно! Приезжайте и ничего не бойтесь! А мы отдохнув в этом замечательном отеле непременно приедем сюда еще!

Hotel accettabile ma staff pessimo

Sono stato con la mia famiglia in questa struttura, abbiamo preso 4 camere, camere strette ma pulite, lo staff pessimo e maleducati e si comportano con i clienti in un modo poco professionale. Hanno messo delle tasse in più che non erano nella prenotazione. Il cibo è buono e la piscina e il mare sono molto belli e puliti. Lo sconsiglio a tutti per lo staff e il servizio di bassa qualità e la mancanza di professionalità nel loro lavoro
