"The pictures of this hotel were not accurate to the actual condition of the property. I found the bedsheets and towels to be permanently stained, and even after requesting that my bedsheets be changed, it was never done. During my five-day stay, housekeeping only serviced my room once, and that was only after I had to bring the issue to the manager’s attention myself. The bathroom had visible mold coming from the walls, floors, and even around the showerhead area, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. To make matters worse, in the mornings there were homeless individuals coming into the breakfast area and helping themselves alongside hotel guests, which created an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what was advertised online."

"The hotel was downtown but within walking distance to rock n roll hall of fame/ science center, and the browns football stadium. The hotel rates and parking rates were better than the others for this day."
