"We had a pleasant time in Mercure Hunter valley . It is very close to Hunter valley gardens, and village. Excellent location walking distance to places to eat and enjoy coffee etc. Our room had a great view towards the lake and vineyard. Easy parking spot right in front of room area."
"The resort was a great bargain and suited our needs. We arrived late, so didn’t make much use of the property but were able to get a bite to eat. Be aware that they close the office early, but we were able to get our room after ringing the bell, which works just fine."

Booked for 3 guests and one had to take the couch, no roll away available
I booked on the day of check in and staff seemed almost annoyed she had to get up to check us in,
Quite rudely said you didn’t give any notice so just give me a minute,
Desk was unstaffed so it took 10 minutes to work out how to call someone to come give me the key
Check in could be managed a whole lot better"
