Staying here was such a memorable experience! Waking up to see kangaroos right outside my window felt like something straight out of an Australian postcard. The atmosphere was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the morning views were absolutely beautiful.

Value for money compared to most other places I've stayed in the Hunter. The Lane Retreat is at the upper end, however the provided breakfasts, the view overlooking the ranges and vineyards, and the ease of a receptionless checkin, makes this the go-to for our future stays.

The perfect getaway when you need so peace and quiet or some quality time with family and friends. Perfect for sunrise and sunset watching alongside a picnic! Easy check in and check out. Ample parking available. My husband and I went for a stroll around the area and it was pure bliss! I would 100% recommend.

Great place to relax and wind down.

This is surprisingly a very nice retreat to wind down from business from home / work. Highly recommend this place. They also have an EV charger onsite.

TLR eco rooms are fanastic - we've stayed twice, the second time for our wedding just behind at Palmer's Lane and it was the most amazing weekend, in part having accommodation so close. Highly recommend staying here if in the Hunter Valley, even outside of a wedding scenario as it's so close to everything.
