The locations was ideal. Close to the Hershey Park, Mall and other attractions. The staff was welcoming from the start and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location of the pool and gym were on the first floor with good access. The parking was sufficient and adjacent to the property. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the hotel is in a convenient location, about 8 minutes from Hersheypark. The room was a good size and had enough space for our stay. However, the hotel overall did not feel very clean. We noticed food on multiple floors, and there was water on the floors from people coming from the pool, including in the elevator. The room also needed some maintenance. The bathtub handle and shower head should be fixed, and the air conditioner was too loud. Overall, the location is good and the staff was friendly, but the hotel needs better cleanliness, stronger upkeep, and some room repairs to provide a better guest experience.

Breakfast was good with hot food options. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate all day. Pool was nice, but towels ran out. However hotel was fully booked with tournaments in town. Rooms clean and cool, beds comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Worked out a later checkout, which helped tremendously with our game schedule. Location was perfect for nearby food and attractions, and our soccer games. Would stay again.
