"Breakfast was a limited menu however it met my needs. Room looked like it was newly renovated. Only is was the tv was constantly buffering which made it difficult to watch. Staff was efficient and very helpful as we had issues getting the tv to work. "

"I was on a motorcycle roadtrip. Booked the motel so my bike could be in front of my room which worked out great. I arrived 10min before check in time. The lady in charge of checking people in was annoyed to come chwck me in after cleaning/maintenance staff promoted her to do so. She came to the front desk. Ans said checkin is at 3pm and i politely told her i can stand here for 10 min. She left and came back in checked me in while she complained about her boss and how much work she has to do and doesnt get paid to do. She gave me a key to a room that had not been cleaned yet. Mind you there are maybe 20 units in this complex. When i went to go to my room the yet already helpful cleaning lady corrected my room. The next morning I needed to stay again cause i had came down sick. The front deck person did not answer the phone and the front desk was locked. I texted the hotel theu the app, no response. I was very frustrated and once again the cleaning lady had to come save the day and get my extention of stay done and correct my key for continued access. The room appeared clean but smelled like the carpets needed cleaning. I cleaned the HVAC filter to try to make the air better. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector,odd. Truely the only saving grace to this place was that the cleaning lady was so very helpful. It appears she does all the jobs, not just hers. The front desk person was unclean, not helpful, didnt want to work. Employee changes need!"

"The room smelled like smoke and was dirty. The pool was disgusting. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The noise from outside guests kept us awake all night. Don’t let the pictures fool you, it is just lipstick on a pig"
