Nice place

This place is under renovation so it is still congested in the parking lot but the room smells clean and we are missing furniture but that is to be expected while the renovation process continues it was quite and very enjoyable

It is what it is. Low expectations for a budget hotel. Some haggard and broken items in the bath and main room, but it was what I expected and served its purpose for the night’s stay. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.

Dated but affordable

Not terrible but not great. An affordable place to lay your head for the night. Cleanliness could be a touch better in the bathroom and the mattress was old but adequate. It looks like they're going to be doing some remodeling soon.

Stopped in for one night driving back to California. Service was good, friendly person at the desk. The room was spacious but has a funky odor. The hotel is in need of repairs. Looked like some work was being started next to our room. Place looks run down. We did get a good nights rest though.

Bare Bones

Bare bones. If you are desperate for a room, as we were, you will be grateful that it is there. I can understand not wanting to put a hair dryer in every room, but having one to borrow at the front desk would be a bare minimum courtesy. Check-in was difficult due to computer problems.

My daughter is covered in bed bug bites she is so miserable and it’s ruined our trip Everything was sold out and it was too far to drive to the next town. I need to call the health department.

Breakfast was lacking a bit, maybe needed to restock by the time arrived. However, the reason I decided to leave a review is because the cleanliness of the room was very impressive. They must have someone who had time in the military do the housekeeping. The corners of the sheets were folded inward. No fingerprints on any of the mirrors. Mind-blowing.

Legitimately here to save someone the hassle of calling Expedia to find another hotel. On top of the 20 men having a BBQ in the hotel parking lot. The room was horrifying. Throw up, stains, paint peeling, dirty bed, mold in the bathroom. I felt like I was in a trap house. I Implore you not to take this review lightly.

Our room was clearly under construction. The smoke detector was broken, there was an exposed electrical outlet, the sink faucet was dripping, and there were several points of drywall damage around the AC unit and front door.

We had mold in the bathroom. Shower curtain looked like it had blood stains. And lots of items where broken but you couldnt tell till you tried to use them.

The rooms are non smoking but all the tenents must smoke right outside the door because not only everytime I went out side did I smell smoke but I smelled a whiff of it in the room now and then. Everything was visibly clean but the room didn't feel very clean. AC worked but took forever to cool down.

The layout of the room was not the standard motel room. It has half walls separating the sink area from the “living” area. The bathroom sink counter was super spacious, which I loved, and there was a built-in bench beneath the open clothes rack that was very handy for holding suitcases. The bathroom was separate from the rest of the room so that the sink is available if someone using the shower/toilet. There were plenty of outlets for plugging in chargers, etc. There were no hangers, but we didn’t ask if the office had any. They did give us an extra blanket at our request—we like to sleep with a bit of weight and this room didn’t have a comforter.

Unfortunately the heater in the room didn’t work. I noticed there were extra blankets on the bed. We got switched to a different room which didn’t have the blankets. Makes me wonder if it was a known problem. And the mine workers just don’t complain. Ive been at this hotel before with previous owners several times. Breakfast is declined, and there is a healthy alcohol selection in its place. Property definitely needs some renovations, which supposedly should be happening soon. The only appealing part of this hotel as of now, is the room size and configuration.

i needed to cancel the reservation due to medical emergency involving my ex-wife who was hospitalized in Bend, OR I understood that no refund was available but I called them in the morning to let them know I would not be coming; so they need not hold the room for me. I think they thought I wanted a refund. I was only letting them know.They hung up on me when I first called. I had to call them several times before they realized the nature and purpose of my call.

Trouble checking in. The person actually downgraded my room from what I paid for and I had to go back and argue. The carpet had a hole in it. Th toilet broke but I fixed it myself. There was never any room service performed. Had to ask for additional hangers as only one was provided. The room and whole property were run down. The Tub leaked one sink sprayed all over. Overall once I got the room I paid for with the Couch and Bed it was not too bad. The room was generally clean when I checked in and was in a good location for my needs. The TV really should be on a wall mount especially as it is on the smaller side of a modern TV.
