"Clarice, the clerk on duty when I checked in, was so nice & friendly-I have never had such great service! Our room was spacious, the couch very comfortable, bed comfortable,& large TV & desk. There were plenty of outlets/USB ports. The desk chair wasn’t the best. Shower spray was ok. Parking was plentiful, area felt safe. Easy on/off I-40, close to everything we wanted in Jackson. Breakfast was good. Pet fee is steep ($75/night) but we appreciated being able to bring our pups. I would love to...

"My stay at this property was very disturbing. The best part of my stay was there was a bed, a bathroom and my pet was allowed to stay with me. The property seems to be under renovation. Recent painting on the outside and on the walls in the room. The bathroom was clean. The vinyl floors throughout were not clean, rather gritty. The bedding was very very stained and not clean. Disgusting to find. I slept on top of it all in my clothes and a jacket for a blanket. There was a "breakfast"...
