"There was an uncomfortable smell when we entered. One can ignore that but the conditions of the room were also not great. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. In the bathroom where it said hot water, cold water dispenses and vice versa with the cold water sign. Just not worth it. "

"We had a great stay at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring downtown. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, and overall the stay felt comfortable. The hotel was quite busy during our visit, but everything was managed well considering the high occupancy. The only drawback was the washroom ventilation. The washrooms felt quite congested and humid, and unfortunately the fan did not seem to work effectively. We were told it is a quiet fan, but it still felt suffocating at times. Overall, a good experience mainly because of location, cleanliness, and service, but the washroom ventilation definitely needs improvement."

"The Old Mill is a wonderful and quaint inn. We stay there because of the location but it's not in the center of town, but Bloor West is within walking distance."

"Room was dirty (hair, stains, etc). Restaurant hours are 5-10pm but they closed at 9pm. "
