"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! "We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back "
"I got the impression that this property was only very recently set up for guests. The benefit is that everything is brand new and clean. However, there were a few teething issues which were resolved satisfactorily, and the property manager was in constant communication throughout. There is adequate parking too.

"This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hull. The speed of check-in, the friendliness of ALL the staff: reception, bar, hygiene they are a credit to the place.
It's perfectly placed too, just a short walk from the railway station and the marina, close to great shopping areas too, but more importantly it's ideally situated for exploring Old Town. "
