"The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! "We had to wait an hour to be picked up from the airport despite sending through flight confirmation etc prior. 4 phones calls were made to the hotel to follow up collection which had us waiting for an hour. Drive from airport was 15mins. Booked a double delux and paid for a double deluxe room and got put in a single. Had to query why and was told the room we had booked was under maintenance. Very disappointing."
