When we asked at check-in the person at reception effectively said ‘it’s not our problem’ and was really quite rude and unwelcoming. That was a shame because it created a very poor impression and made us feel unwelcome when there was no need. Simple caring customer service could have handled it. Hats off to Expedia who helped to make amends. As for the hotel, it’s really very nice, but I think it cares more about itself than its customers "

"Great resort if you want to get away. Nothing close by, but the resort has several options for food. The pool is very nice if you want to lounge around or do laps. The breakfast is excellent, lots of variety. It's a golf resort, so you need to be mindful of that in case you're not a golfer, but that did change the experinece for me. Highly recommeded."
