We were told by owner that we had not paid yet , the scammer got paid and they try to jail us by saying if we didnot pay at counter one more time they will keep people illegally cannot checking out , I was told the receipt paid wasnot them I had paid to scammers

Where do I start with this one!!? Om the address listed on Google maps is not the hotel, also Expedia uses Google maps so this took approx 45 minutes to find! On arrival the room provided was not the room I booked !! Bricked up window with total darkness 24 hours a day! Bed (if I could call it that) was concrete hard!! Never experienced this before anywhere!! The toilet was in nearly cleaned! Pubic hair and stains, also no tissue nothing had to go ask at the reception. TV was faulty, did not switch on at all!!! So now we are in what is effectively a prison cell ! I of course went to ask for a room swap! This was refused quite rude!! Also told the faulty TV could not be replaced as they done have any DESPITE 3 empty rooms on the same floor! 2nd I was in room 207 Next day at 0700 we had the staff shouting loudly outside the room and simply opening doors unannounced to which they done to me twice!! No do not disturb signs anywhere!!! I cannot express how bad this place was!!! I seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and will never be back!! Such is my disgust to this place I won't even walk past the place!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

We checked out around 11 and left our bags. We returned around 3:30, planning to stay in the lobby for an hour until our best left, somewhat wet because of the rain. The staff allowed us to use an uncleaned room for an hour at no charge to change and clean up. That was really nice of them!

フエ新市街の繁華街に近接するも、静かで、旧市街にも徒歩圏

　三ツ星とは、言えないクラスですが、フエの新市街の繁華街に近接していて、少し離れた感じで 落ち着いた街並み。 　旧市街に、川越えで徒歩圏。 　施設は、新しくはないが清掃は、行き届いている。 　基本アメニティは、ある。大き目の深めのバスはあったが、夜と朝に　お湯は、少ししか出なかった。 　エアコンは、良い。 　朝食は、フルーツからバイキングと、オーダーのフォなど、普通にある。

The staff are lovely people and very willing to help, with whatever you need. Taxis etc. We only stayed one evening. But they were great! The area is very busy outside, but we didn't hear any of the craziness in our room.

フエの中心にある 観光にも便利なホテル

フエの王宮にも近くまた町の中心部にあるので 食事も交通も便利である。 朝食も 多くの種類から選べて 味も悪くない。 スタッフの対応が早く 市内の観光ツアーなども的確に手配してくれた。 部屋はかなり広いが シャワーの温度が 一定時間を過ぎると低下していく。 また あまり 影響はないが 上階からの水漏れも見られた。 私にとってはベッドが非常に固く 翌日腰が痛かった。 周りにレストランも多く全体的には便利で快適なホテルである。
