Đã book phòng và thanh toán, đã được xác nhận nhưng đến nơi thì gọi nhiều lần số hotline không được. Lúc gọi được thì báo đã hết phòng và sẽ email báo Hotels.com trả tiền lại. Rất mất thời gian, mệt mỏi, có 2 cháu nhỏ đi kèm. Tìm rất khó, đến đúng địa chỉ trên App ko thấy, hỏi hàng xóm xung quang cũng không biết -> cần cập nhật chính xác và dễ tìm.
