"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements."

"Lots happening in surrounding streets but also music loud late into the night that may bother some. Room was clean enough but nothing flash, bed was very comfortable"

"Nice staff, clean and hot showers worked. Cheap and cheerful. Bunks a little unsafe for children with open ends IE no barriers around mattress. Close to GO!, shopping centre and fruit veg fish market down the street. Only drawback is guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen to prepare the fresh food that is readily available. So fruit breakfast was my staple. I brought tea bags and coffee so at least I made my own hot beverage. Drinking Water is not provided and can be purchased "

"Room was clean but no well designed.
Staff were excellent.
Breakfast was very good.lot of choice.Balcony was convenient for smokers.
Only thing I didn’t like was the charges for water bottles. They charged 52000/- v dongs for a3555 ml of water bottle when you can buy 500 ml water bottle from outside for 5000 dongs. Mark up was ridiculous.
I wouldn’t mind double or triple."
"every detail is beyond expectations. an exquisite property managed at the highest standards imaginable. staff are amazing, service is excellent, the pool, room, food, spa - all incredible. we will return without any hesitation. five stars ⭐️ with extra ❤️"
"From beginning to end, could not fault this stay. The staff are all so welcoming and warm, they can not do enough for you!
The room was perfectly appointed, so clean, comfortable and spacious. And the on site restaurant for breakfast and room service was top tier. The pool and gym if you’re into it, we’re both clean and great to use. Would stay here every single time."
"The hotel has a very traditional charm while still providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bed sheets were excellent. However, the pillows were much too large for our liking, so it might be worth considering replacing them with some smaller options.
The bathroom was also spacious. The only issue we experienced was with the shower faucet. When turned on at full pressure, the water flow would gradually decrease after about a minute, which was a bit inconvenient.
Breakfast was above satisfactory. The quality of the food was very good, but I wish there had been more variety, especially for children. There were no pancakes, and I was surprised that a 4-star hotel did not have a coffee machine available for guests.
The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area.
One suggestion I would strongly recommend is improving communication with guests who use sign language. During check-in, the male hotel clerk continued speaking to me, expecting me to understand him, even after I tried to explain that I am deaf. Using a translation app such as Google Translate would make communication much easier and create a more inclusive experience for guests with hearing impairments.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a strong traditional character. Despite a few minor issues, my family and I had a pleasant stay and would happily return. Thank you!"
"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well situated in easy walking distance for many restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and immaculately clean.
The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options."
"Staff were extremely helpful, helped me book a tour, and prepared food for me when I had an early checkout in the middle of the night to catch a bus. The breakfast had a lot of options for various food preferences. Great location. The only area for improvement was my room, AC was not really working and it was very hot, but I had a short stay so it was okay and I’m pretty sure the other rooms were fine because I could feel the AC when I walked by open doors. The restroom mirror/counters were not very clean but everything else was clean (floor, bed, sheets). Overall would recommend to anyone staying, good price, great location and wonderful staff. Worth the stay I would go back."
