" I really liked my room..nice lighting, kitchenette, good ac nice shower! The entrance lobby and the building are in serious need of a renovation...tiles are falling off the walls, and the pool itself was clean, but the area around was overgrown with weeds and not taken care of...very nice young people running the show!"

"Friendly staff, the hotel is clean and is close to the beach and nearby attractions. Room is well-equipped, was able to make some dinner for the night right in the room as well as doing some laundry. Well-balanced between a hotel and an apartment. Definitely worth staying here."

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking architecture that perfectly combines traditional elegance with a sense of refined luxury. The atmosphere throughout the property is serene, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and full of charming details that made us feel both comfortable and indulged. The spa services were outstanding — a true haven of relaxation and well-being. A special mention must go to Nhi Le at the reception, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. She was always ready to help with a warm smile, ensuring everything went smoothly for us. At the restaurant, we enjoyed delicious meals that showcased the best of local flavors, and we were warmly attended by another lovely staff member, also named Nhi, who made the experience even more delightful. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect balance of luxury and coziness, making us feel at home while still experiencing something truly special. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay here again."

"The staff are absolutely out of this world. They were very kind and made small talk every day. When I booked an additional night through Expedia, I had accidentally booked a different kind of room, but they allowed me to stay in my current room for my convenience. During checkout, I had 6 hours until my flight, so they offered to let me access their sister location to use their pool until my flight instead of waiting at the airport all day. The water is hot, and the hotel is in the perfect location in the center of the weekend Walking Street (just be sure to arrive before 6pm on Fridays-Sundays before they close down the roads). Could not recommend this place enough! I loved my time here and in Hue."
