"The bed was so comfortable. I have back issues and a bad mattress hurts. It was great. Breakfast was not as good as we expected. Eggs were always cold, the waffles were hard. The only reason I gave a low star on staff is for 2 nights during our stay there were kids running up and down the hall banging on walls. On the paperwork from check in it says 9pm-8am quiet hours. I get kids needing to let off steam. But by 11:30 it was too much. So we called down, and again after midnight. Nothing was done. The noise was the same the second night. No point in telling the staff if they don’t do anything. I have managed motels and there is a way to handle it. But nothing was done."
