"Friendly customer service. Even though there was a huge line to check in, we got through the line quickly. Room was very clean. Great place to stay if attending an event at Rocket Arena. Hotel connects to Rocket Arena so you don’t have to walk outside if bad weather. Valet parking was breeze."

"Nice place; very nice staff; bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Parking gate broken causing delay. Altogether was okay; I would expect more for what we paid ($400)."
