This is a really beautiful place to come and stay. They very kindly gave us an upgrade as they had the space. The staff were AMAZING to us, they were so helpful. The room was excellent. Super clean and really, really comfortable and well decorated. We would definitely come back if we stayed in Hualien again.

hotel is a good condition hotel, friendly staff, room is big, location close to train station. half hour to Taroko. 15 mins to downtown. check in earlier if room is available. Laundry onsite with coin.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our visit. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 45–60 minute walk from the train station. If you’re traveling with luggage, it’s definitely best to take a taxi, which costs around 200 NTD. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

除了房間比預期的小一些、沒有小冰箱，其餘都很滿意 房間內會有置物架，讓輕旅行的人很方便 浴室乾濕分離，空間也足夠，沐浴乳與洗髮精都有 早餐很滿意，算是三星住宿的頂端了，約10樣菜餚可搭配稀飯，三種抹醬可配吐司

很糟糕的體驗

1.房間內沒有冰箱，這麼熱的天氣沒辦法冰飲料，問民宿可否則提供冰塊，民宿回答外面便利商店有賣 2.民宿網頁介紹有很多設備空間可使用，也是因為這點訂此民宿，結果現場想使用，卻被告知要收清潔費，在事前完全沒有告知 3.民宿停車空間不足，開車前往卻被告知只能停在外面路旁，停在民宿外面，又被趕走，說有遊覽車要停靠，只有遊覽車來的才是客人，我們自己開小車去的就不是客人嗎 只能說一趙很糟的住宿經驗，下次去花蓮絕不會選擇

整體而言算是很有質感的民宿

整體而言算是很有質感的民宿,含吃到飽早餐(沒什麼肉但好吃,餐具還不錯),可免費停車但一旁大概只有10幾個車位,開出去逛逛回來就沒位子,還好民宿不在鬧區所以路邊可找到車位。商務房不大沒桌椅,但一樓交誼廳有不少可坐的地方,房間外有不錯的小陽台,但得留意小黑蚊。

民宿有免費附設停車場，飲水機，簡單的自助早餐，價位算是非常超值。 當晚入住時，電視無法使用，服務人員很快來維修，後來確認無法修復後，迅速的幫我們更換房間，服務非常迅速且好，此外還對寵物非常友善，讓有大隻毛小孩的家庭能開心出遊！
