I emailed in advance because I was arriving with a lot of luggage in hopes of locating a long term rental in the area. He put me in the perfect room with both privacy and space for my "baggage". "Even though it's quite old building it's clean and everything works.bed not hard.they even put Aircon on for you before you arrive.so you enter a cool room. If there is a group of you 12/18people can hire house opposite.for 8000bhat.per night.total.good garden and BBQs.just bring your food.and drink."

"This place is close to the beach. It has really good facilities for cleaning up windsurfers/foils/wings. Parking right next to the hotel. There is a bar frontage and Cafe area right there with a nice breeze. It depends what you want and at night you can hear some noise from the main road but this place really suited us. "

"My room was not properly cleaned once during my 6 day stay. The guesthouse is clean but this is not acceptable. The staff were friendly but spoke no English. The address does not accurately reflect the location (in a Soi) and the signage is all in Thai. If you are going to advertise on English language websites than there must be some English somewhere."
