"Clean rooms Good location But if you have any trouble the stairs, this is not the place for you. There are 64 stairs up to the building. Help is available upon request though. Beautiful place and well maintained!"

"Awesome location! It was really close to everything by foot and the bus/subway system is really efficient there, so it is easy to get around. If you get a room on one of the upper floors, having an elevator that goes right up to the top is a really useful thing to have (my previous location I stayed in Genoa did not). It has an awesome view from the top few floors and there is a full kitchen. There is also a washing machine (no dryer, but clothes dry very quick). All of the windows are also doors and they have a heavy metal blackout that you can pull up and down at night and morning to block out the sun so you have pitch black nights. The only downside is that mosquitoes got into my room because I had no AC and needed the windows/doors open all night just to get cold. Two big requests, please get a toaster or toaster oven for each room. It beats using a frying pan and olive oil to make bread into toast. Second request, please provide more than 1 toilet paper. I ran out on day 3 and needed to buy more. That was annoying. For staff, I only saw a staff person once and that was when I checked out. There really needs to be more staff on duty so someone can see if they will supply us with additional amenities... like toilet paper!"

"The outside doesn’t look that impressive as you walk up but as soon as you enter it is clean and modern. The room is a little small but well laid out. Air conditioning is available if you want it. There is a club across the parking lot so music on our Friday night stay but quiet after. A beautiful breakfast included. Very much worth it. Easy walk to the cruise port. Would stay here again."

"Just a quick stop for us. Room was very small for 3 people. Bathroom tiny. You had to do some acrobatics to get into the shower. Looks very nice from outside and the lobby. Breakfast was OK. There was either one or 2 bus full of seniors and getting to coffee or juice was hard as the space was small and congested. Once the crowed left it was much better. Parking was great. Nearby EV charging station was one of the reason we stayed there."
