"I stayed in the Classic Apartment with my husband and daughter. We did not have great communication with the hotel staff. We needed check in details that we received AFTER we had already checked in, even though we had asked for them early that morning. Parking was available...for a cost. Nowhere on the website was it mentioned that parking was extra. The parking garage was very difficult to maneuver. Check in was definitely rushed. "We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"We had a great stay at URBANAUTS #28! The unit was in beautiful and spotless condition, very modern with touches of the ancient in its open beams and exposed brick walls. Super comfortable bed and seating. The shower begged us to take longer-than-usual showers. Kitchen was well equipped, a bonus to have a washer with drying rack. "The apartment lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning compressor, located in the bathroom, was excessively noisy. Additionally, we received only one thin pillow and one linen, which was inadequate for our needs. The Wi-Fi is unusable! We were very disappointed. "
