The property and staff seemed nice during our first evening, but at night the fire alarms malfunctioned. They would turn off briefly and then begin again (for two hours). The fire department expressed safety concerns to the staff at the front desk, and the receptionist shrugged them off with a "We can hope..." Our safety was not a priority. We packed up our children and went home.

You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
