Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms look beautiful, but poor property maintenance. Things don't seem to get fixed or upgraded when they deteriorate. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Love the roof top bar option. Only thing is the coffee shop was disappointing. Only milk for coffee. When asked for cream they didn’t have any. Tossed our cups and had to rebuy fresh cups else where
