"Maintenance needed in pool area. Some staff were great and others not so much. Bed was very comfortable. Furniture and floors in hotel rooms show a lot of wear and tear. Overall we had a good time but it is overpriced. We will not be going back."

"Rex in the restaurant was so polite and an excellent server. Overall the staff was very good and helpful. Often you had to wait for help..it’s a busy hotel. It would be nice to have more direction on how to navigate IAH BEFORE you have to ask. Things like having to check your bag in terminal C if ..."
