No fridge, no microwave, rundown rooms, can’t request late checkout until 8a the day of, staff doesn’t answer phones when calling. Poor experience. Will not return & do not recommend

Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part). And they keep these large koi fish in an indoor pool area with no access to the sun. Koi need sun for their health. This ...
