"Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! Rooms all had fruit flavoured teas supplied but would have been nice to have had good old English Breakfast tea too! We bought our own locally in the end so didn’t go without! "Comfortable room, a lot of space and a lot of storage. Useful kitchenette and very welcoming aircon in temperatures just under 40C. Significant downside of room is that there is no bedside lighting, really no idea how this can have been deemed OK when fitting out room? On-site breakfast was a VERY expensive 18 euros. Located next to river, in striking distance of train station and tram network as well as a couple of decent boulangeries. Would definitely stay again."

"This property was a truly pleasant experience. The price was extremely competitive for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with full living room, dining room and kitchen. This building was completely remodeled with modern finishes and central air conditioning in all the living areas. We were there just last week during a heat wave with record temperatures in France and AC was such a blessing. We were told at check in that not all the buildings have AC so we were thrilled that ours did. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. The location is also excellent and walking distance to the beach, city center and the Deauville train station. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would recommend with confidence."

"Personnels souriant et très aimable.une liberté totale.apparemment spacieux et super bien équipé avec la Clim, animaux de compagnie acceptés. plage accessible a pieds en longeant La Dives iden pour atteindre la rue commerçante de Cabourg truffer de restaurants.A parcourir aussi le centre de Dives sur Mer avec une magnifique église, sans oublier le casino de Cabourg tout neuf dû à son récent déménagement."

"Arrived late afternoon after a long drive, Staff spoke reasonably good english which helped, all staff spoke and welcomed us and was attentive. Sign on car park outside the premises said was 40 euro per day parking so we parked on the road outside, when we went inside to ask if that was correct, the man said it was only 8 euros per day for residents. We paid this and parked in their secure parking area. We were disappointed to learn that there was a fee to use the pool (10 euros per hour) Room was great, looked like it was newly fitted out and had everything you would need for any stay. It was clean and furniture was comfortable especially the bed. Room overlooked the car park which was great to be able to keep an eye on my car. The view from the living room window, you was able to see the sea...all be it a small part. The room was also quiet with no noises waking us up which was great. We ordered breakfast for our last morning which cost 18euro each. To be honest, we felt that it was not worth this much and was very disappointed. The baguettes were ok but all the other bread was stale. The cold Buffet was sparse and the hot section with just hot dog sausages and cold scrambled egg. Other than breakfast, we had a good stay but if we went back I would check up on the breakfast first. Thank you."
